Essener Philharmoniker
Wolfgang Drees was a German conductor active in the mid-20th century. From 1952 to 1955, he served as the conductor of the Collegium Musicum Orchestra at RWTH Aachen University. Later, he conducted the world premiere of Wolfgang Fortner’s ballet Mouvements on February 26, 1960, at the Bühnen der Stadt Essen in Germany.
