Paul Costin is a British violinist and osteopath with a diverse career in both music and healthcare. He began his violin studies under Peter Manning and later attended Trinity College of Music. Throughout his musical career, Costin performed extensively in the UK and internationally, including a contract with the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra. He was also a member of Status Cymbal, a string quartet known for its versatile repertoire spanning classical to popular music.

In 1999, Costin transitioned into healthcare by training as a massage therapist. He furthered his studies at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2005 with a BSc in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine. Since then, he has practiced as an osteopath, integrating his understanding of posture and ergonomics, influenced by his background in the Alexander Technique.
