Assmann Quartet
Klaus Assmann born on June 2nd, 1916 in Solingen, Germany, was the founder of the Assman Quartet. He was a professor of violin at the Heidelberg-Mannheim State University of Music. A proponent of contemporary music, he contributed to the publication of works by Austrian-American composer Ernst Krenek (1900-1991).
