Giannis Chronopoulos (1927-2000) was a Greek cellist and composer, born in Rizomylos, Messinia. He composed the music for the theatrical production Νυφιάτικο τραγούδι (Bridal Song), which was performed during the 1949 summer season at the Περοκέ Theater in Athens by the Βεάκη Αιμίλιου Realistic Theater, and later during the 1956-1957 season at the Hunter College Assembly Hall and Barbizon Plaza Theater in New York by the Lemos Theater troupe.
