We’ve launched the Sound Archives—a new section for broadcast and archival recordings not released commercially and their documents (track lists, broadcast notes, programmes)—debuting with Yorgos Sicilianos’s Tanagraea (Suite for Two Pianos), Op. 17c, performed by Yannis Papadopoulos and Anthoula Papadopoulou at ERT Studio C, Athens, on 28 June 1983 (AIFF, total 18:00). The release comprises 10 tracks, opening with a programme announcement (Track 1) and followed by the movements Prelude, Talk with the Mirror, The Fan, The Parasol, Promenade, The Game of the Balls, The Harp, Dance, and Finale. A supporting photo of the CD-R track list from the Yannis & Anthoula Papadopoulou Archive is included. All items are cross-referenced to performers, the performance entry, and the work (YSC53).
