He was born in Athens. He studied voice at the Conservatory Athenaeum under the soprano Marina Krilovici. From 1986 since 2022 he has been a permanent member of the Greek National Opera, having participating in almost all productions. Moreover, he has also performed secondary and more rarely principal roles including, inter alia, the operas: Il barbiere di Siviglia, La bohème, Salome, Falstaff, Die Zauberflöte, Madama Butterfly, Les Contes d’Hoffmann, Rigoletto, Bastien und Bastienne, Tosca, ​​Nabucco, et al. He has also interpreted principal roles in the operettas The Godson [O vaftistikos], The Apaches of Athens, Das Dreimädelhaus, and the musical Kiss me, Kate. He has also performed as a soloist in productions of the Athens Concert Hall, the Orchestra and Choir of the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), the Art Society “Polyhymnia” and he has appeared in Cyprus and Romania.
