Greek National Opera
He was born in Athens. He studied voice at the Conservatory Athenaeum under the soprano Marina Krilovici. From 1986 since 2022 he has been a permanent member of the Greek National Opera, having participating in almost all productions. Moreover, he has also performed secondary and more rarely principal roles including, inter alia, the operas: Il barbiere di Siviglia, La bohème, Salome, Falstaff, Die Zauberflöte, Madama Butterfly, Les Contes d’Hoffmann, Rigoletto, Bastien und Bastienne, Tosca, Nabucco, et al. He has also interpreted principal roles in the operettas The Godson [O vaftistikos], The Apaches of Athens, Das Dreimädelhaus, and the musical Kiss me, Kate. He has also performed as a soloist in productions of the Athens Concert Hall, the Orchestra and Choir of the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), the Art Society “Polyhymnia” and he has appeared in Cyprus and Romania.
